JumpStart Magic & Mythies was a mobile app game that was released on September 21, 2015.[1] This game was produced using Autodesk Maya 3D animation software.
It was available on the iTunes store, Google Play, and as a downloadable PC game. JumpStart also planned to release it as an Amazon app.
Gameplay[]
JumpStart Magic & Mythies shares elements of the previous JumpStart 3D Virtual World and JumpStart online games. It is an MMORPG game in which the player creates an avatar character called a Mage and explores 3D environments in the world of Terra.
One of the main elements of the game is Mythies, which are magical creatures that the player can raise, train, and bond with. The player must also help fend off menacing creatures known as Shadow Punks, which are spreading chaos throughout the land of Terra. The player has a health meter, which will go down if the player takes hits from enemies.
Other elements of the game include crafting potion, farming and raising crops, teaming up with guilds, learning to fly, and navigating Terra.

- In January 2015, a post was made on the JumpStart Blog stating that a new game was being worked on that would possibly feature elves as characters.[2] The post included artwork of two elf avatar characters that were previously featured in JumpStart 3D Virtual World: Quest for the Color Meister. This post may have been about JumpStart Magic & Mythies, in which case the elf avatars would've likely served as inspiration for elf characters that appear in-game.
