The Front Door to Stately Frog Manor is an activity in JumpStart Reading for Second Graders. It is designed to teach language arts concepts for second grade.
McCloud is very concerned about security and changes the locks on the door to CJ's manor every time he leaves. CJ and Edison must solve a puzzle in order to unlock the doors and enter Stately Frog Manor.
McCloud will instruct the player to find words that fit a certain category, either homophones, synonyms, antonyms, or rhymes. Words will appear on the doors, and the player must click on the correct word when it appears. The word on the door will correspond to the word above the door. For example, the word that the player selects may rhyme with the word above the door, or it may be its synonym.
Each lock requires two correct answers to open. There are four locks that must be opened, requiring a total number of eight correct answers to finish the activity.
