When Hooverville becomes threatened by the malicious Dr. X, who plans to detonate bombs at various buildings throughout the city, Jo Hammet sets out to explore Hooverville and find out how to thwart Dr. X. The player can visit various locations within Hooverville and chat with the locals to obtain information and items for stopping Dr. X.
