The Master Memory Game is an activity in JumpStart 1st Grade. It is designed to teach reading and memory skills for first graders. The activity is accessed by clicking on the computer in the homeroom classroom.

The object of the activity is to find six matching pairs of words and pictures. The player clicks on tiles in a 3x4 grid. Each time a tile is clicked, it will reveal a word or picture underneath. Matching pairs consist of one word and one image that pertain to the same object; for example, the word 'cake' and a picture of a cake. When the player finds all of the matches, a short animation of a wizard creating fireworks plays. The player receives reading points for completing the activity. Frankie reads the word and the picture.

The tiles can have six different appearances: balloons, curtains, doors, mice, roller shades, and wizards.
