Ruler Land is a location and song in JumpStart Preschool (1998). It is a place that the player can take a magical train ride to.

Ruler Land has a large castle with a throne. There are many large colorful rulers, some of which form bridges. The king is called the Ruler of Ruler Land. He looks like a blue ruler with arms, legs, and a face. He wears a gold crown and red cape, and he carries a wand.
The stamp that appears in the player's passport after visiting looks like a vertical brown ruler with blue numbers and a crown on top, and two diagonal rulers behind it forming an 'x'.
